Can I purchase individual bottles?
No, we only offer two, four, or six packs of wine.

Do you ship internationally?
No, sorry. We don't provide an international shipping service.
Are there any freight charges?
Yes. Please see our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
Your order will be updated with a tracking number and sent to you via email once your parcel has been picked up by the courier company.

When will my orders be delivered?
Orders placed on a working day will be delivered within 2-6 working days.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Please email through to info@annahstrettonwines.co.nz with your order number. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Returns
Can I return my order?
No, sorry. We don't accept returns.
